Sunset Towers facilities consists of 100 one-bedroom units, ten or which are modified to meet federal accessibility requirements for mobility and impaired persons. The units are approximately 580 square feet and are unfurnished, carpeted one-bedroom units. Utilities included in the rent are gas, electric, water, and trash. The community room is large and bright and the building is secured with a fenced parking lot. Shopping trips twice a week provided by RTD.
